This headband (earwarmer), hand knit in pure qiviut (called the cashmere of the North), shows an attractive cable pattern all along its length. The cables create a second layer which will keep your ears even warmer. It is ideal for those who do not like wearing hats, especially for runners or joggers.

Material:
100% undyed qiviut (muskox under down).
Qiviut is 8 times warmer than wool by weight, feather light and incredibly soft. It wicks moisture away, is breathable and hypo-allergenic. Qiviut does not felt or shrink. It is durable and can be worn for many years to come.
NOTE: On the downside, it does not maintain elasticity and due to its fine structure, it has a tendency to pill. Please, carefully cut pills away with sharp scissors.

For men: 21" (53cm) unstretched. The hat band is very elastic and fits many head sizes
For women: 19" (48.5cm) unstretched. Fits many sizes

Care:
Hand wash in luke warm water with special wool detergent,rinse, squeeze out excess water, and lay flat to dry. Qiviut improves with every washing, it will become softer.
